This film had me mesmerized from the very start. The first half was one of the most beautifully shot and executed telling of two young college students falling in love I’ve ever seen. This movie immediately evoked feelings I had in both “500 Days of Summer” and “Blue Valentine” . After the first act I was bracing myself for the filmmaker to completely destroy the beauty that he had just built, which would have been devastating. Fortunately for me he did not take this approach. The second half was equally as honest, with wonderful dialogue and a sublime musical score. This movie will definitely make an impact when it’s released. (4.5 out of 5).
